The world of work is changing fast. There are many challenges facing not for profit organisations. They need talent and passion in their leaders and in their teams. That is where Charityworks leads through its flagship graduate trainee scheme offering outstanding opportunities to build a career in the sector and the 2027 programme that prepares people from working class backgrounds for professional, decision-making roles in the grant-giving sector.  We need talent and passion on our Board.
