Launch of 2010 Programme
We are pleased to announce the application process for our 2010 programme is now open (all completed application forms need to be received by the 14th May and all online tests completed by the 25th May). We will be spreading the word across the charity sector and UK universities beginning the 1st February. Snap Shot of Progress in 2009-2010
After 2 years of development work our original ideas have finally come to fruition and CharityWorks now has an energy of its own. Our Class of 2009 have been more than busy delivering real jobs, planning a business focussed assignment whilst also taking part in the management training programme. Feedback from participating charities has been extremely positive and our class seem more than happy with the experience so far. We didn't waste any time getting started and in fact on day 2 of the induction programme the class were introduced to the political context they will be working within. Straight away they were learning from the experts as we were fortunate enough to be joined by the NCVO and the Office of the Third Sector who together provided an excellent overview of the policy drivers and issues effecting the charity sector right now - professional networking was underway!
