Charityworks Graduate Management Programme

Our Graduate Programme recruits people direct from university who are seeking careers that will make a difference as well as graduates already working in the non profit sector who have been identified as having management potential. Together they take part in a 12 month ILM accredited professional development programme where they are challenged by a mentor, their peer group, research assignments and a series of learning sessions. As a result, we provide a rich talent stream for non profit organisations and the chance for graduates to gain valuable learning, experience and networks that accelerate career paths.
